  1. Boiler installations and new boilers

    New boilers supplied and fitted, from a straight swap to a full new system. You get a quote first, the job is done as quoted, and before we leave the new system is explained to you and registered.

    Leaks, faults and breakdowns diagnosed properly. If a new part will put your existing boiler right, that is what we will recommend, rather than selling you a boiler you don't need.

Repair before replace

A new boiler is not always the answer.

If your boiler can be put right with the correct part and a proper service, we will tell you so. And when we service a boiler, we look properly, because a fault caught at a service is a breakdown that never happens.

“A & R Heating and Air Conditioning fitted our bathroom to the highest standard of work. We went on holiday while the work was being carried out. Andrew kept us informed of the progress of the work and after a couple of weeks we returned home to our dream bathroom. We are so pleased with the standard of Andrews work. A & R Heating also swapped our old oil heating for Gas. Andrew fitted the boiler in a new location (the loft) add replaced all of the radiators with modern more efficient ones.
